Jul 24,2023The pass worked well. Just show it and I could go into the museum without lining up. Only st Schloss Schönbrunn, I asked to go back to the ticket office and had to change to the actual ticket. It was confusing because there were no signs or explanations for it. But after all, it was a very good deal and I will use it next time.

Jul 16,2023Non si può dire che sia un acquisto inutile poiché effettivamente se si riesce a visitare velocemente più attrazioni si risparmia un bel po', però bisogna organizzare molto bene i percorsi e gli orari in modo da ottimizzare il tempo a disposizione. Detto questo, i problemi sono i seguenti: 1)- per conoscere gli orari delle varie attrazioni non sempre è sufficiente visitare i rispettivi siti web, ma bisogna andarci di persona e magari scoprire che si è andati nell'orario o giorno sbagliato, e perdere prezioso tempo che si poteva impiegare in altre attrazioni; 2)- anche arrivando nel giorno giusto e nell'orario giusto non è affatto sicuro che si possa accedere all'attrazione scelta poiché capita anche che l'attrazione sia "sold out" cioè che abbiano esaurito i posti disponibili per la convenzione stipulata tra l'attrazione ed il Viennapass, e anche qui spreco di tempo prezioso ed inutili arrabbiature. Nello specifico, il giorno 13 luglio alle ore 14.00 lo "Show dello Strudel" presso il castello di Schönbrunn ha mandato indietro noi e tante altre persone perché "sold out"; 3)- le linee del bus convenzionato "Sightseeing tour" hanno orari non molto estesi, alcune linee iniziano il servizio addirittura intorno alle 10 e tutte fanno partire l'ultima corsa tra le 17.30 e le 18, una giornata davvero breve e poco utile. Consiglio assolutamente di fare l'abbonamento ai trasporti ufficiali dei servizi pubblici di Vienna, davvero molto ben funzionanti.

Jun 29,2023Vienna pass was worth it as we could go in most of the museums directly without queueing and it was much cheaper than paying for everything. The hop on hop off service was disappointing though. The app for android is made for older devices and can't run on a normal 1-2 year old phone, so finding the bus stops was very difficult and we ended up using the public transport. The paper map wasn't very useful either.

May 07,2023Wir haben ein 2 Tagespass erworben, erstes Erlebniss, Beim Schloss Schönbrunn, Eintritt ins Schloss, haben Sie uns zum Ticketcorner verwiesen, somit digitales Ticket ohne anstehen ist nicht gebrauchbar, zudem Tickets ausverkauft und als "börner", wir hätten am nächsten Tag 1h (ab 16.20) im schnellverfahren besichtigen können. Als Alternative gingen wir ins Sissi Museum, gleiches Spiel, anstehen und Gruppen geführte d.h. mit Reiseleiter konnten ohne anstehen durchlaufen, somit der reinste reinfall der Vienna PASS, nicht zu empfehlen.

Nov 01,2022My husband and I bought a 2 days Vienna pass while we visit Vienna in oct 8-9/2022. The City Cruise is really bad. We went to the counter Oct 8 around 12:00, the counter told us the cruise for day are all cancel. and ask us to come tomorrow( which 2 out of the 5 time slot was cancel). early morning Oct 9 we try to catch the 10:30 time, after waiting for more than 10min( with many other) someone told us it can cel again and ask us to come back for the 2:30 cruise. Finally we able to clime on the 2:30pm cruise, but it is so bad, the ship do not even go out to the Danube river and no explanation or information given along the cruise. We wet to many river cruise in many cities but this is the worst experience by cruising along a dirty river with no information on screen or anywhere what actually one is looking at. Few of the customer actually walk up to the captain to complain as the front section of the boat was block for some customers. During our stay there are demonstrate in the town, the Hop on Hop Off 2 out 3 route was cancel and only the Yellow line is operate. we see others hop on hop off(BigBus) is good, but there do not take the Vienna pass. We do not enjoy using the pass and it is really a waste of money

Oct 08,2022Der Vienna Pass ist wirklich eine tolle Gelegenheit um Wien zu erkunden, der Bus und sehr viele Eintritte sind inkludiert. Mich hat gestört, dass der Bus nur bis 17.00 Uhr fährt , aber einige angebotene Erlebnisse bis 18 oder 19 Uhr angeboten werden. Und dass weder Öffnungszeiten noch Ruhetage der Einrichtungen angegeben werden. Die Busse fahren sehr pünktlich und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Aug 04,2022We bought Vienna pass for two days and we had problems with the scanning of the bar codes everywhere we tried. The customer officers are very rude, it seems that we disturb them every time we want to ask something. We were not able to enter the Schönbrunn Palace because of the scan problems and of the customer officer who simpky avoided helping us

Jul 21,2022The price of the ticket is expensive and not worth it, there were almost no queues so it does not really bypass the queue, you have to go to a certain place to take the ticket which is a hassle, customer service is bad, they are supposedly polite but if you are not happy with something they will just make you despair Give up

Sep 02,2021Sehr eingeschränkte Anzahl an Fahrten, der Kommentar kam nur vom Band, sehr enge Sitzplätze im Bus, keine Routen und Fahrpläne online verfügbar. Die Priorität liegt eindeutig auf der Einnahme, nicht beim Kunden. Das habe ich in anderen Städten bisher sehr viel besser kennen gelernt.

Aug 10,2021Please note that the pass allows for one-time admission only! We made the mistake of going to the museum, leaving half-way to go for some lunch and re-enter the museum but this is not possible. Therefore we only saw 1/4 of the museum and we were quite saddened that we could not see the rest. So keep this in mind!! We also had some problems with scanning the pass at some entrances, so we hope this will be streamlined in the future. Otherwise the pass works, but you have to carefully think if it is worth the money because you have to visit quite a few places to get your money's worth.

Jul 31,2023The Vienna Pass is invaluable for seeing most of Vienna's attractions. I highly recommend it. I would improve the map on the site by inserting only the attractions of the Vienna Pass instead of all.
