Nov 03,2024If you ever visit Vienna don't think twice about buying the Vienna pass. Organize your trip carefully and believe me the pass will save you a lot of money. When I travelled there I bought the 2-day pass and visited a whole lot of museums that would be triple the money if I had made separate bookings. Hopefully you’ll find this helpful.

Nov 03,2024We sincerely regret that schonbrunn schloss grand tour is not included. We visited with the pass only... 4... rooms instead of 40. We had to repay after a first visit and worse to wait 4 hours before revisiting.

Nov 02,2024We spent a full week in Vienna and had a large wishlist of cultural sites we wanted to see. We bought the six day Vienna Pass and loved the convenience and value of it. Loved the hop on, hop off bus being included. We definitely saved money using the pass. We also saw things we wouldn’t have otherwise seen. For instance, we only had a 3 hour window on our final day. We really wanted to go to both upper and lower Belvedere. They are pricey, and without the pass we wouldn’t have paid for such a short time frame. Because we had the passes, we did a selective tour of each space. The same thing happened several times where we had small windows and were happy to fill them. Albertina was not on our original list. SO glad we filled a two hour time slot with it. Could have spent all day there. The only negative was the hassle of trying to find out how to reserve seats for the state Opera House tour using the pass. There is a promo code you have to use and it was not Eastport to find.

Oct 19,2024Con il Vienna Pass si ha la tranquillità di aver già effettuato il pagamento alla maggior parte delle attrazioni evitando code, ad alcune bisogna convertire il pass in biglietto (quindi code) e pagare la differenza, vedi il Castello di Schönbrunn. Ti obbliga ad andare il più veloce possibile, devi correre, per poter vedere tutto e rientrare così nel prezzo.... relativamente alto. Ho acquistato il pass per 6 giorni ed e stato un tour de force. I vantaggi si avrebbero se si usasse ogni giorno l'Autobus HOP ON HOP OFF, ma mi è bastato usarlo solo una volta. Troppo tempo per girare nella caotica città. La metro è molto più comoda e veloce.

Oct 11,2024Der Pass hat sich gelohnt, man spart auf jeden Fall Geld und auch Zeit, da man sich nicht am Ticketschalter anstellen muss. Alle wichtigen Museen sind im Preis mit drin. Ich habe mir den Pass nach Hause schicken lassen und so eine Karte bekommen. Wenn man sie vor Ort kauft bekommt man wohl nur einen Kassenbon.

Oct 10,2024It was as the website described it to be. You just have to show your qr code at the ticket office (sometimes you can directly skip the line) and it's all done. Be careful though that the visit (included with the vienna pass) to Schönbrunn palace is very short. You have to pay a full Ticket if you want to see more. This was the only downside to me.

Oct 09,2024Il Vienna pass permette l'accesso alle principali attrazioni della città. Nella descrizione parla di code prioritarie, ma di fatto alcuni musei non la rispettano: ci è capitato un paio di volte di dover fare la coda per convertire il pass in un biglietto cartaceo (sisi Museum e palazzo di Schonbrunn ). In molti altri luoghi invece confermo che si accede direttamente facendo vedere il pass!

Oct 07,2024Je n'ai pas pu me servir du Pass à cause des intempéries . De la pluie , du vent et des inondations dues à la tempête BORIS.Metro fermé. J'ai dépensé de l'argent pour rien et j'aurais apprécié un remboursement !

Oct 07,2024Liliput Bahn war nicht mehr dabei, stand anders im Büchlein. Die Hop on/off Busse bleiben im Verkehr stecken. Sonst perfekt haben viel gesehen. Vielen Dank.

Oct 05,20241) Le informazioni sulle attrazioni incluse nel costo del pass non sono complete. Per esempio, non viene chiarito bene che l'accesso al Palazzo Schonbrunn è limitato solo ad una minore parte dello stesso. 2) Insieme ad altri utenti, abbiamo dovuto aspettare invano per circa un ora la navetta interna al parco di Schonbrunn senza che nessuno ci avvertisse che la fermata era stata soppressa. Abbiamo saputo di ciò solo dopo aver inviato una mail al servizio clienti del Vienna Pass. 3) Le crociere sul fiume Danubio erano state annullate per il maltempo dei giorni precedenti, ma siamo stati avvertiti solo dalla reception dell'ufficio del Vienna Pass al momento del ritiro delle card. Crediamo che si dovrebbe avvisare preventivamente chi ha già acquistato il pass online tramite mail per agevolare la programmazione delle attività durante il soggiorno. 4) In generale, l'esperienza con il Vienna Pass è stata positiva ed è molto comodo avere un accesso prepagato a molte attrazioni della città con l'uso illimitato del bus hop on-hop off, anche se speriamo che il numero delle attrazioni aumenti in modo da compensare il costo non proprio basso del pass. Per esempio, si potrebbero includere sconti per ristoranti, caffè o altri esercizi commerciali.

Nov 03,2024Très pratique mais pour rentabiliser le pass ( nous avions celui de 3 jours) il faut vraiment courir les musées. Du coup nous n’avons pas fait d’économie.
