Virtual Employee came into being to help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across North America and Europe set up offshore offices in India and provide them cost-effective solutions. They can set up their own offshore office in India with just one employee and ZERO investment cost, and scale their team up/down as needed.
WHAT MAKES US STAND OUT: We are an online employee supermarket – an SME can hire anyone in any domain or industry. With us, a client is not really outsourcing, but retains full control over both their work and their employee, who works exactly like an in-house resource. We look into the employee’s overhead costs on behalf of the client, such as dealing with HR, Accounts, IT Support, management, etc. Our flexible model allows you to experiment.

We've had 2 engineers working for us from India for about 8 months now and they have been a tremendous asset to our company. Virtual Employee does a great job at getting you employees quickly with the exact experience you need. The hiring process is quick and the communication is great. Virtual Employee ensures the employee work conditions are up to legal standards of the country they are located and makes the overall legalities of hiring seamless. One thing I would like to warn people of is that when employees need a software such as Microsoft 365 or any other licensed software, you have to go through Virtual Employee, so it is more timely than if you hire internally. That is the only downside that we have faced though and the pros far outweigh the cons. We are very grateful for the services that Virtual Employee provides.

Large businesses have the resource to have their own offices abroad but that doesn't work for small or mid-size businesses like mine. With Virtual employee I was able to leverage their fully managed office centres to keep my team at their locations. Not only could I scale from a single employee initially providing seo services but then grow with my business as needed. The team are provided with laptops, fast internet and audio/video equipment so all I need to focus on is execution. Finally, they also took the pain away in finding the right staff. You find so many businesses claiming to provide 'first page rankings' but they have no track record. With Virtual Employee I was provided a range of candidates with a proven track record to fit my budget which gave me complete peace of mind when investing in their services.
