Nov 02,2023I had the pleasure of meeting with Kevin for our AI discussion, and I must say it was an incredibly engaging and productive session. Kevin came prepared with a deep understanding of the topic, and his insightful questions and context-setting at the beginning of the meeting were invaluable. It's refreshing to work with a client who is not only well-informed but also eager to dive into the intricacies of AI. The only downside was that our meeting had to be limited to 30 minutes. The conversation was so enriching and promising that I'm genuinely looking forward to the prospect of continuing this dialogue. I hope we can schedule a series of meetings to explore AI even further, as I believe there's so much more we can delve into together. Kevin's enthusiasm and expertise make these discussions not only enjoyable but also highly enlightening.

Nov 01,2023Painless from being reached out to, to getting on and through the call. The account login information was a little tricky. For some reason, I couldn't recall it very well and tracking that step of the process was not quite as easy. Overall, no major issues.

Oct 20,2023I received a short notice to consult on a topic where I did not feel my expertise was aligned with the clients needs. After texting and emailing Coleman contacts I was told the client reviewed my profile and was still interested in the consultation. In short, the client was looking for expertise in the chemical manufacturing space and my experience was in the water and wastewater treatment space. Once getting on the call the client confirmed it was not a good match and that they were specifically interested in the chemical space. I wasted my time having to deal with multiple exchanges with Coleman and then with the client, to be paid for 8 minutes of my time. The client specifically stated that they were apologetic for the misunderstanding an authorized 15 minute payment. I blame Coleman for not vetting this properly to begin with, especially when I was very clear on my experience.
