Dec 23,2022I ordered Omniotic ear cleaner from Vita Animal Health and I have been really impressed with how well it has worked. I was really surprised at how much wax it was able to dislodge-much of which we couldn't see until the Omniotic had softened it and brought it to the surface. I love that it's also antiviral and antibacterial-it gives extra peace of mind that it's doing much more than just cleaning. It's worked so well that I've now ordered a second bottle to clean the other ear. Also, my communications with Vita Animal Health themselves have been fantastic. With ears being delicate structures we were a little nervous about doing something wrong initially but we called Vita for advice and they were really helpful and clear on guiding us in what to do, which allowed us to use the product with confidence. They've also been very quick to reply to all communications regarding my orders-highly recommended.

Dec 15,2022The original product never arrived. On contacting the Company, they immediately apologised and re-sent the product which arrived a week later, notwithstanding the Royal Mail strikes, and in time for Christmas. The product is excellent. Well done.
