Nov 05,2023It seems like the formula is different from the last time I bought the moisturizing formula of bath gel. The scent seems much stronger and it feels different after you dry off. I regret not buying the original green scent. Will definitely do that next time.(will be a while because I always buy the gallon size lol)

I've called them multiple times to check the status of my order, but each time they just directed me to their support email. I have sent three emails so far, but they have not responded to any of them. The lack of response and poor customer service has left me disappointed.
