Aug 05,2023Should have been delivered by 27 July, still not received by August 5. The couriers, Evri, keep saying on their tracking information that the item has been delayed, lost more likely. Vitapoint may need to consider who they use as couriers.

Aug 03,2023Had previously given this company a 5* rating following a previous experience, not so on this occasion. Order: 000004893 Having had an excellent experience previously, I placed another order for multiple goods; vitamins/cleaning products etc on 16.7.23 1 week later and no sign of goods and I chased the company for an update. Their response was to advise me that all the products I had ordered were out of stock and they would be providing a refund?? given there was such a wide range of products I had ordered, I found this to be questionable. On checking their website, many of the products were still readily available to order. Had to chase for a refund and no response to my email asking for an explanation. Such a shame to have experienced this very poor service and lack of communication, when previously I had been happy to provide a 5* feedback rating

Jun 21,2023Purchased 3 Yankee Candle small jars for £13.99, had despatch notice with tracking number that evening. Fantastic. Then 4 days later, received a cancellation message and a refund! Apparently they'd 'over sold' my item. They're now showing as out of stock but for £15.07? Odd. Shan't buy from them again as there are plenty of honest sellers to purchase from at the original advertised (and paid for) price. Their loss and won't be the last customer they lose if that's how they run their business.

May 29,2023I ordered an item that was on offer, but to make up the postage cost I ordered other products. But when it arrived the product I really wanted was not there. I contacted them and a long story short I said I want to send it all back and get a full refund, they agreed. I sent it back nearly a month ago now, and emailed them a few times of which they will not reply or have not as yet. Very bad customer service if any at all ignoring my emails.
