Dec 17,2015I placed an order with VITASUNN in October. I have not received the produkt yet! I have sent the firm several e-mails - no answer - and I have left messages on their answering maskine - they have not returned my calls! VITASUNN is a scam!!! UP-DATE: I received the product on the 28th of December - two months and several e-mails after I placed the order.

Oct 12,2015I ordered a product the 4 of September, and it still hasn't arrived. I spoke to the customer service 10 days ago, and they replied me that they would send me a new product, witch I still haven't got!! Really bad service that you have to wait over a month for you prosucts (if they'll ever arrive) Won't ever recommend this company to anyone i Denmark!! And I'm not interested in a "apologizing comment on this from Vitasun, just give me my products! Thank you.

Jun 01,2015I order a product 21st January 2015.It cost me 20 Pound or about 30 USD Parcel did not arrive here in Denmark so after 14 days I sent them an email. They were very polite and assured me that they would look into the case. Nothing happened so I sent them another mail. Same thing happened. After 11 mails to them and the same reply from them by a woman name Diana I have given ever receiving my product I ordered over 4 months ago. NEVER order any products from Vitasunn.co.uk It is a fake company.

Feb 07,20155 days after being informed my order had been shipped, I emailed Support and received a prompt response confirming I would receive my order within 2 days and it actually arrived the following day so very happy with this company and will order again in the future.

Oct 14,2014Let me say, Vitasunn does not deserve the bad rating, from my experince. The products pricing are among the lowest i have seen on the net in europe. I waited for my delevery a few days more than stated in my confirmation email. Soi I got worried and I got even more worried when I read the bad reviews. One of the products was wrong when I recieved my order. Both melatonin, but one had the wrong mg. and also a lower number of tablets. I contacted customer service and got an answer the same day. The right product was send out the same day, and I got to keep the packaged that I did not order for free. I had the right tablets a week later. The tablets are sent vacuum packed in in a flat envelope so the will fit into your letterbox. Wich is nice, so you dont have to wait home the whole day for the delivery, og to go the P.O. yo pick it up. I will just suggest that it is CLEARLY stated at your website. With an explanation. It was a suprice to me and I must admit I got a little worried if this was indeed a original product. it is VERY important to communicate thios out to the customers. I really have the feeling that Vitasunn is a company that makes an efford to keep ther customers happy, and provide good service. I recommed this company, and will be happy to buy from you again.

Jan 10,2014I put an order with Vitasunn some months ago and as there was a 'cheaper' offer on repeat orders I did that. Now, at least five months later, I have enough melatonin to start my own company but have been completely unable to find a way to cancel the order. I've sent emails to what is laughingly called 'customer services' I have phoned the freephone number - automated voice tells me they can't take my call and I should leave a message. Guess what - they haven't got back to me. I am thinking who I can legally complain to.

Aug 21,2013Hi, everyone, I have placed an order on 5 of August but I haven't receive the products until 21 of August.the order status is always “shipped' and the estimated shipping date on the invoice was 4-7 days. Today I have received the products. I have ordered 10 bottles of Move Free but what I have got today was only three of them. The most ridicule thing is they are packed in a plastic bag!! I don't even dare to take them and I still don't know where are my other products?? Furthermore, the product I have received is a little bit different from what I have ordered. The one I have ordered was 80+26pillars but what I got here is only 80. I have tried to contact customer service but neither the phone nor email is replied. The hotline is always answered by an answer machine. I have left 2 messages but no one calls me back. I really don't know what to do......

Jul 05,2013Købte fra Vitasunn og fik mine varer som aftalt. Dog tog den en del tid. Mit spørgsmål til dette issue blev besvaret via mail på kort tid, og varerne kom kort efter. Varerne er i vakumpakkede poser og ikke pilleglas. Det letter sikkert fragt og turen gennem tolden, men kan føles utrygt for nogen. Jeg har lige lagt anden bestilling hos dem :)

Jul 04,2013I have used this company for a number of years without any problems - some of their products are shipped from the USA and therefore take about 3 weeks. This is not always clear when you order them. However since these products are not generally available in Europe it is worth the wait. In response to the others comments. I have also received pills in vacuum packs - they transport well and have been good.

Feb 27,2013Guys, I may not say that delivery took long, just several working days. However, my DHEA pills were delivered to UK from the USA in a vacuum plastic bag, in an envelope. I haven't ever seen such packing of pills. I expected a normal plastic "can", sealed promptly. I have doubts if the DHEA pills I received are true product and am afraid to use them. Have somebody received pills in vacuumed plastic bags ever? Are they safe to use? If Vitasunn representative can explain why the packing is not normal in comments to my review, pls do so.

Feb 22,2013Two days ago I placed an order with Vitasunn. So far I have not received any acknowledgement of my order. I have emailed them and had no reply. Both their freephone telephone number and their main telephone number are permanently on answer machine. Despite leaving two messages to telephone me, as they say they will on their voicemail, I have received no reply. On looking on google maps I see that this is not some proficient and professional factory, as it sounds by the address, but a suburban house in a suburban side street in Cambridge. Presumably they are out at their 'day job', and their Vitasunn customers can go hang. Very unprofessional setup. Wondering if I will receive my goods? Still - early days - I will see what happens. UPDATE: Vitasunn is owned by a company called Westmedia, Ltd and is registered at the Cambridge address. This is only an accommodation address. The director of Westmedia, Ltd lives in Flagstaff, USA. Products are delivered to an address in Derby. They are delivered quickly if they are in stock in Derby. If not, they are shipped in from Flagstaff, USA and take 3 - 4 weeks, depending on how long Royal Mail sit on them. A company called Monarch Enterprises trades from the same Cambridge address, but is nothing to do with Vitasunn, although the owner used to work for them and does occasionally post Vitasunn products out for them. I found Monarch's tel. no. (01223 424513) and were rung back within an hour. The man was very helpful. The UK end of Vitasunn seems to be run by people who have absolutely no idea of how to run a web business, and have no idea that it is important to keep customers informed as to acknowledging orders, etc., but they do appear to be genuine and honest. MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED ........at last..... on 05/03/13. It was shipped from Flagstaff, AZ, USA. This is average post time from the USA. They give the impression the stuff is posted from the UK., so we all worry when it fails to appear.

Jan 28,2013I don't usually write reviews but in view of the other comments I felt I should. I live in the UK and I placed an order on 8 January for Pro-Gest cream. The website showed despatch as 9 January. After not receiving the order by 16 January I chased the company by email. I received a very prompt reply which confirmed despatch was made on the 9 January and my order should arrive no later than Friday 18 January. By Wednesday 23 January I had still not received the order and contacted Vitasunn again by email about my concerns. I again received a prompt and courteous email apologising for the delay and ensuring that a replacement will be sent to me. I was feeling very wary but this time! Today, 28 January the original package arrived! The problem seems to lie with the fact the that the product that I ordered was sent direct from Vitasunn Inc in the States by standard US mail!! Hence the delay!! I found there communication with me prompt and courteous under the circumstances so there was no problem there. I just think that people should be aware that some of their products may be despatched direct from the States so be prepared to wait!! I just wish Vitasunn UK had told me that is where it was coming from in the first place, as there is no reference to this on their site that I could find. It would have saved me a lot of worry especially as this is the first time I have used this company.

Mar 08,2012I ordered a product from Vitasunn which took forever to arrive. I emailed and asked when my order had been sent. The answer was it had been sent a week earlier. When the product finally arrived it was postmarked 8 days AFTER Vitasunn claimed to have sent my product. I emailed the company about that very fact. Vitasunn did not email back.Neither is good customer service. RESPONSE TO VITASUNN's REPLY: As long as a company can label a customer "frustrated", they don't have to look at their poor business practice. Clearly customer satisfaction is not a priority and Vitasunn did NOT reply to all communication. If Vitasunn did live up to any of their own words, there would have been no need for this review.

The product I purchase is Emerita PRO-Gest, Natural Progesterone cream and it is excellent - I would highly recommend it. The quality of the cream is superb and I've never found it advertised anywhere else and wouldn't bother looking as Vitasunn have given me wonderful service. The product is amazingly well packaged. Not only is the tube sealed in a vacuum bag so it can't be squashed or leak but it also comes complete with its cardboard box and info leaflet and is also in a card envelope inside the jiffy bag! I love the product which is an added bonus as the cream I've previously used is not a patch on this one, so well done Vitasunn for stocking a product that I would rate 100%. Thank you.

I hate the thought that I could be ripped off, messed about, misunderstood, and all the many other things that happen to people when they buy with a card over the net. So when I wanted to take up a recommendation that I try Melatonin as a way of getting to sleep on those occasional sleepless nights I looked at various companies before I settled on Vitasunn. The thing that swung it for me is that being in the UK is important to me as I don't want to be fiddling with dealing abroad, and, more importantly, I could pay by cheque and not have to hand over my card details and feel exposed to risk. They turned up trumps. Once the cheque cleared the melatonin arrived in the post and it's good stuff. Works a treat. There are a lot of dodgy companies out there and it's important to use care, but from my experience I'd happily recommend Vitasunn to anyone.
