May 03,2024Our business was closed for nearly three months due to a location move and re-set time of the new location. As we were getting ready to reopen, I decided I had better make sure our VizPay was still set to go. I called and Piper was my technician. As I am in my mid 70's I am not as proficient as I ought to be in navigating even some of the simplest computer related tasks. Piper patiently worked with me prompting me on each step in getting the system set up but to no avail. She was patient and most understanding but finally I gave up and suggested we allow my high school assistant work with Piper when he came in to the store later in the day. I called Piper back [even though she was going to call me at a later time] and she responded immediately. She and Riker, my high school assistant connected and the set up process plus setting up our wireless went with out a hitch. Riker understood everything he was prompted to perform. I was glad for Piper that she had someone who knew the language to work with. Once Riker was involved, the process went smoothly without a hitch. The service was beyond what one would expect. The patience and courtesy of Piper was impeccable. Thank you
