Feb 16,2024Volopa relies on the exact base currency amounts being transferred to support the the different currency payment required. It would be useful to have a visibility on the portal of receipts deposited and an net account balance in each currency transacted along with the payments. It would then show if incorrect receipts have been processed and if there are balances within Volopa.

Feb 21,2025We have used them since American Express stopped their service. Several staff are ex-AmEx so they know what they are doing and are always available if you need any help. Our payments are sent quicker and cost us less. Their website is so much simpler than other similar firms. Recommended!
