This company save my life and thanks to Faye with caring and understanding I wouldn’t in my position I actually thought it was the end of me cause I couldn’t afford any other insurance but once Faye sat me down and took me through it man what a new life that’s my girl and she will always be my girl what a great human being thank u Faye
Wow this was a life saver for me and my pockets I was about pay 775 dollars for my insurance and Tisha Morris help get it to 75% lower then that. Thank you so much Tisha
The communication with this company has been the most horrendous situation. They ask for first and last month upfront and stole what I paid for last month when I tried to cancel early. And their main form of communication is text and a sales rep informed me that text messages sometimes don't go through. I don't want to go into depth about my situation but my policy was cancelled without my knowledge and I received a lapse in insurance. And now have to find insurance the same day. Not to mention they stole my money. Its nice to have the rideshare coverage but not at this cost. I'm also pretty sure they lied and changed some of my information in their system to cover their asses. At the end of the day if you think its okay to take that risk you do that.
Recently I went through some trouble with my insurance & car registration & Mr. Tyler was incredible! He was extremely kind and professional and he was able to quickly and efficiently get the problem fixed! He maintained communication with me and even went as far as offering me help on getting transportation to handle my business! I truly appreciate them! And I definitely don’t feel like my first review at all!! Thank you so much Tyler & Voom!
Tisha was very helpful throughout throughout the process of having to cancel a quote that was missing information to getting the new policy done. From beginning to end was a Great experience.
Voom helped me switch my exorbitant rates for driving Rideshare Uber/Lyft to something much more reasonable. Now I am not paying insane rates for the rideshare endorsement, and I don't have to worry about my insurance company rejecting my regular policy for driving rideshare without the proper insurance endorsement. The pay-as-you-go mileage functionality of the policy seems much fairer than any other auto policy i've ever had.
Tisha gave excellent customer service and knowledgeable of the ends and out of the insurance company voom. Her voice was clear and understandable. Tisha took time to answer all of my questions,(and I had a lot of questions). Tisha made this a wonderful experience.
Tisha thank you for the great service she helped me through out the whole process and was patient and super helpful
Pretty happy with the pay-per-mile option. I have two bikes, but one hardly ever leaves the garage, so it's nice not to pay full price when it's just sitting there. This service really suits my needs
Great people working to change the landscape of insurance! East to talk to and learn about their products.
It’s rare to see real innovation in motorcycling. VOOM’s Pay Per Mile insurance option is just that. I’ve been riding for practically forever and it’s neat to see when a company actually thinks about something from the riders perspective. For a large subset of motorcyclists, VOOM is a no brainer. I strongly endorse this company and encourage everyone to at least get a quote. It might just be the best 10 minutes you’ve spent all year from a financial(I.e.: more bucks in your pocket) perspective.
I’m a fan. I have a hike that barely gets ridden. I was still paying crazy amounts to insure it. With Voom, it’s just a little each month. I’ve cut my insurance cost by probably 40%.
VOOM's Pay per mile is perfect for low-mileage riders like myself! I have peace of mind that I'm not paying too much for insurance. I am very happy with their customer support and I'm able to save a lot of money while not riding my bike

Feb 11,2025Predatory with deceptive sales tactics. Recently I made the switch to Voom from Flo. Of course I was working rideshare a few weeks later and was rear ended twice in traffic on the highway due to some people speeding etc. Rule 1. If your driving rideshare: Voom gives you 'no coverage'. And that 'no coverage' includes 'no car rental coverage' , No 'waiver of deductible coverage' , 'no medical payments coverage'. Basically, I got screwed as I needed to pay a 2500 deductible for the rideshare coverage to kick in and I had to pay out of my pocket for all my car rental. And then hopes and prayers after your car is declared a total loss that maybe you can recover some of that 'lost car rental money' in a personal injury settlement. The sales pitch wasn't clear. I was not fully aware this is how it worked. I always get the full coverage and the 500 deductible. 5000 later..I want to make sure I share this so that the next ride share driver takes advantage of these really really low rates...they will also insulate themselves with a 5K buffer zone in case something happens while theyre working.
