They opened my mind to understanding my finances and possibilities to owning an investment property which was something I had never considered being possible. The team were professional, fantastic to work with and have so much knowledge. Highly recommend VSMA to anyone wanting open and honest advice with no strings attached whatsoever! Thanks VSMA.

May 10,2021VSMA helped my husband and I to better understand how we could be making our savings, assets and tax work harder to generate wealth quicker and set ourselves up for the future. The team invested a significant amount of time up front getting to know us and our financial position/future goals, without any commitment on our part. They then reviewed all the information gained and prepared a range of investment options that suited our situation. They again, spent a great deal of time and effort presenting, explaining and ensuring we understood and had all our questions answered. It was made very clear that even at this point, there was no obligation to take anything further if we were not 100% happy with any of the options presented. We appreciated (and continue to appreciate) the real human element that all of the VSMA team had brought to all of our interactions and decided to proceed with one of the options presented. We are now, very excitingly, in the process of purchasing our first investment property. VSMA are also well connected within the industry and have introduced us to a fantastic mortgage broker and financial planner who have helped walk us through and simplify a really complex process. We would highly recommend the VSMA team if you want to better understand how to generate wealth and set yourself and your family up for the future.

They took the time to understand us personally, our goals for the future and our financial position. The education they provide is invaluable, we walked out of their office with a clear financial strategy which we had never ever considered would be possible. Sam & Harmony have supported us through every step of the way from securing our first investment property to linking us up with their network of professionals who have been able to set up our SMSF, invest in an SMSF property and additional avenues. At any point during the process if we became uncertain, a simple call to the team at VSMA who would take the time to discuss, educate and provide options, always ending the conversation confident we were doing the right thing and had a team of professionals guiding and supporting us through our journey. Sam takes the time to get to know his clients its not uncommon to receive a call from Sam just to check in, ensuring we were comfortable, understood the way forward and answer any questions we had. Nov 17,2020I've completed two investments now with VSMA and the process has been outstanding from start to finish. They start with the education process so you understand the model and the plan on how you will succeed. The team are very family orientated and act with an extremely high level of integrity and transparency. They want to see the average family win. Our investments are doing better than expected. Our rental income has sky rocketed over the last 14 months. These guys know the market and know where the best investments are. I'm extremely impressed with these guys. You won't get a better team who are at the top of their game and absolutely trustworthy genuine people. I'll be back for my third investment soon!

Oct 25,2021I would highly recommend reaching out to VSMA if you're thinking about purchasing an investment property. My wife and I found the whole process to be very smooth and everyone we dealt with at VSMA (including their partners) were extremely helpful throughout. We appreciated the regular Zoom meetings which helped establish a better relationship and understanding, and we felt comfortable to ask lots of questions, and we did! We were kept up to date with regular emails and meetings, and expectations were clearly set. The initial estimate for settlement was Oct/Nov 2021, but we settled in July 2021! Thanks VSMA.
