May 20,2021Goal succeeded! I've lost a stone; my starting weight on 8th March was 11st 3lbs and I am now now 10st 3lbs. I feel so much better and am now focusing on perhaps losing another 1 or 2 pounds and maintaining a consistent weight. My BMI is a healthy 22.9. Fabulous support by Gareth at Waistaway. Thank you!

When I emailed about it - on a Sunday night - I got an email within a couple of hours apologising and ensuring that the missing delivery would be sent the next day. I received it Tuesday morning. Mistakes happen but how you deal with it makes all the difference, and I can’t fault how quickly they sorted it. Will definitely use again

May 26,2021I had the snoring / sleep apnoea screening service, as advertised on snorer.com. There was a bit of an IT glitch hence 4 starts not 5 but otherwise it was a very good service - efficient meeting, Gareth was very friendly but also went through the screening very effectively and asked extra questions to try and get more info and conclusions than you would get simply from using the basic tool. I then got a clear written report and recommendations for next steps, including contact details for the appropriate services. Would happily recommend to others with a similar problem.
