She made sure that I was happy and organised dates with the estate agent herself. The surveyor was great Mr Edward Stanley carried out the survey and I had a call with him post survey. He was very good answered all my questions, Great customer service throughout. Big thanks to Yvonne for following up after survey too!

Jan 27,2021Good prompt service and booked in within reasonable dates for a Homebuyer survey, despite close to Christmas. Not only that the survey was completed and written up before Christmas too and was pretty comprehensive......I was expecting less to be fair, having a lower opinion of these surveys and the fact most seem to try and exclude everything.....WD went in the loft and lifted drainage chambers, so can't fault them there.

Aug 25,2020Very prompt response and survey carried out within a week. The report arrived by email the following day and it was very easy to follow and understand. I did have a couple of queries that I wanted further information on and this was very easily done over the telephone. When I made an offer on the property in Southport, like most people I didn't know any surveyors so I had to rely on internet searches. I am very pleased with the surveyor I used and based on my experience so far would recommend.
