Jun 17,2024Beautiful duvet cover well made and the feel is so soft. The only disappointment is the duvet has a yellow tinge to it and next to my white sheets it looks dirty.otherwise it would of been a 5 star.

Jun 17,2024So easy to order and arrived promptly. Have only washed them once so far but have washed well. They feel soft and luxurious to sleep in. Feel like quality. With all flannel sheets the proof will be in the continued washing. No pilling at this stage.

Jun 13,2024I bought a king single duvet cover set, (duvet cover plus a pillow case.) The 'purity' style with the green stripes. Looks nice. Fits great. The buttons are tucked away carefully. The pillow case was too rustly, I put my old one back on. It's curious, perhaps this is why people used to use fabric softener XD

Jun 13,2024The extremely fast delivery was what impressed me most about this purchase -ordered one day and received (rural) the next. The product was as expected colour and texture wise but the extra pillowcases not far too large so had me checking the specifications. I happened to be going into Auckland and called into a store yesterday with them. The person said they were Lodge not Oxford as ordered and swapped them out. I know a result of mispackaging but could have been a bigger inconvenience and felt the store person could have at least said thanks for taking the trouble. Suggest the online centre checks the rest of this product.

Drop off the wrong sized ones and the right sized ones were there waiting for me to collect. Price difference a credit or money credited back to account. No dramas. Only smiles and laughter.
