Sep 06,2023David was very relaxed during the whole evening with all my guests and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was very patient and everyone enjoyed the experience that he gave during the party. I have seen a few pictures from other caricaturists in the past, and those pictures were too exaggerated, but David's pictures were spot on, even the one he did of myself and my family as a group picture, it certainly captured the essence of who we are perfectly. I was very pleased that David was available for the party and very glad he was there to entertain my guests.

From the opening note of the first dance to the very last verse of the DJ set at 2 am, the dance floor was never empty. The band were so enthusiastic, energetic and fun. It was clear they enjoyed what they were doing and went above and beyond to make the evening special. Would highly recommend.

Jun 27,2023Warble entertainment ignore all your calls and emails as soon as you have booked with them. If you don't want an extremely stressful run up to your wedding don't bother booking with them. The wedding is in 6 weeks and we have no idea whether the band is going to show up or not

May 25,2023On the day of the wedding I was not sure the band would be playing. The venue requested PAT certificates which is fairly standard. I asked the band at the three week check. They said management take car of this. I spoke to the manager who reassured me that they would be sent - no problem. The venue continually chased us for the PAT certificates. In the week leading up to the wedding I called the four numbers I had multiple times, sent text messages and emails. No one picked up the phone, returned calls or responded to the messages. On the day of the wedding the venue told me the band cannot play. I once again called every number, the venue called them. No response. I messaged the band and they somehow managed to get that PAT over at 10.30 on the day of the wedding. The stress was horrible. Should have been enjoying the evening before and the morning of the wedding. Instead I was shaking with panic that the wedding was ruined. Absolutely inexcusable.

Apr 22,2023Initially I was dealing with an employee called Carly who was very attentive and always helpful. We had booked a band for our wedding day, and then in a manic turn of events our date had to move. We were extremely lucky to have all our vendors confirm the new date with no added cost due to our wedding being more than a year away. Carly let us know that the original band we chose however, were not available on our new date. Despite this she confirmed that our £309 deposit could be transferred to another act. After browsing through, we decided on another act, however the price we were quoted was £800 more than listed on the website. That's completely fair enough, but it was a little over our budget for a band. We decided to look around see what other bands were available and ended up finding a lovely band for much cheaper, under another management company. After reading my Warble contract over, I understood that they were within their right to keep the £309 deposit as, even though it wasn't something we could have helped, it wasn't their fault. Hey ho, that's just how it goes sometimes. I emailed Carly to let her know we had chosen to book elsewhere and received an automatic response letting me know that she no longer worked there, and that I should contact the support email address. To make things easy, I sent a simple email explaining everything and simply saying that I wouldn't be going ahead with the booking... To which I got quite a rude reply from Marius R. His email informed me that due to MY not paying the deposit (an additional £111 that would've been required for the other band) and MY not answering his calls (he called once 3 minutes prior to the email and didn't leave a message) that HE would be cancelling the act! When I called to confirm that I had indeed paid a deposit back in September and that the email I sent in very clearly stated that I wouldn't be going ahead with the booking he immediately became very defensive, interrupting and generally snarky. I feel there is a real lack of professionalism with Marius and I just hope that other couples don't have to deal with the stress of him whilst also planning such an important day. Overall a disappointing experience, a loss of £309 and absolutely no grace from Warble.

Sep 16,2022We thoroughly enjoyed the performance by The Voice of Vintage, and were so delighted that she stayed to chat to our guests after she had sung. She was very knowledgeable about the songs she had chosen and gave a short introduction to each one before she began singing. The singer was also very thoughtful about what we wanted from her and checked in to make sure that the volume was correctly pitched as more people started to arrive. She emailed well in advance to check she had all the details required, arrived early to liaise with us and was beautifully dressed in vintage clothing. I would whole-heartedly recommend The Voice of Vintage - in fact I have shared her details with the venue for future events and two of our guests will be asking her to sing at functions they are planning.

Sep 05,2022I found this agency online after having a rather bad experience with another well known agent who were most unhelpful and wanted me to do all the leg work and contact all the potential musicians to find out if they were free on my date! Anyway, with Warble it was super easy and hassle free. They let me know who was available on my date and I had a band booked within hours of my enquiry. I will definitely book again with them. Sep 07,2023We booked Entourage for our wedding after as our first band with a different agency unfortunately went into liquidation. After endless searching we found this band, and wow, what a find! The whole booking process was so smooth and really put us back at ease. I just wish we had found this band first. From start to finish they were amazing, keeping in contact with us throughout the lead up to the wedding. Entourage accommodated our special song requests and had a wide variety on their set list to suit all. They even performed our first dance song which was a complete winner. I would definitely reccomend this band to anyone. Trust me, you won't regret it. Thanks again to you all for making our evening even more special The Thompsons x
