Jan 30,2015After spending 250 bucks I can honestly state I will never use this website again I received emails asking if I received my tickets for the show. I received an email stating that I will not get my tickets till the day before the show very unhappy with this process when my money has been spent I am looking to have my ticket before asked am I happy with this process. Please can someone send me the tickets I paid for. Thanks

Jan 13,2015Order tickets then received the tickets via email, easy, smootjh process. The only down side is you are given a range of seats but do not know what exact seats until the tickets are sent to you.

Dec 12,2014I wanted to purchase tickets online for The Nutcracker at Warner Theater. I experienced some problems, so I called to customer service. Pat was very patient with me and helped me get the best seats possible for the price. She gave me her extension to call her back so that I didn't need to go through all the "babble" when I called back...very much appreciated! I received the tickets via email the same day...very speedy and accurate. Only complaint is the service charge.

Dec 08,2014Ordered tickets to the Nutcracker ballet at the Warner Theater. Got a great price for some great seats two days prior (Row K, Orchestra)! Smooth online transaction and communication via email. Had to download a PDF to print the tickets, which we did at the hotel. Great experience; would definitely use their service again.
