Promised me he could get me in today and taken care off. He gave me a timeframe of 3-4. I was never even called back to be let know they wanted to reschedule, I had to call and text being very polite. I let him know it was an inconvenience due to him telling me I would be seen today. He refused to respond until I left a 1 start review. Thank you have a great day!

I recently sold my Rolex through The Watch List and had an outstanding experience. Charles was incredibly knowledgeable and transparent throughout the entire process. Seamless transaction… I live remotely so I was unsure about doing business at first. I have worked with Charles on multiple Rolex buy, sell and trade deals and every time the transactions are on the up and up. He sends a contract so you know exactly what is involved in the transaction. Very good communicator and pays promptly once your Rolex is authenticated. Highly recommend!!

Was traveling to CO for christmas. Contacted Charles about finding me a watch, Found me several and sent me pictures of watches. Settled on one and everything was done to protect us both. (Buyer and seller) I really liked how the watches are checked by him for authentic purposes, do to amount of fakes in the wild. The experience and level of service was professional and amazing. Stayed in touch with me through the entire process. If your looking to buy a luxury watch Charles is your guy. I am beyond happy and will be buying from him again.

I was searching for a vintage Rolex and gave watchlist a call, Charles picked up and had the perfect watch for me at a very very good price. He was very professional and knowledgeable, we met at a coffee shop and he was able to adjust and properly fit the watch to me. I was impressed with the watch and with Charles. Doing business with Charles is what we all envision a business transactions to be. 100% knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and an all around awesome experience.
