Dec 16,2020I have been told by your courier that my package has been delivered but not to me. I have cameras to prove it! The courier is impossible to contact and this was a Christmas present!!!! UPDATE. Water sports have just refunded my order in full as they understood that I needed the item for Christmas and wouldn’t have it in time Very impressed with the way they took responsibility for the courier’s error

Oct 16,2020Site is very deceptive about shipping times and currency. They're based in the UK and shipping time to Aus is looking more like 7 days + but worse, they charged my card in British Pounds, rather than the AUD quoted, so I got slogged with a foreign transaction fee. Buyer beware, these guys are DEFINITELY not in Aus.
