For just over 40 years, Waterways have specialised in the treatment of hard water. We are based in West Wickham High Street in Kent and from here are able to look after all our customers in Kent, Surrey and South East London. Unlike some of our competitors we do not fit kitchens and bathrooms, we concentrate on what we are good at, which is possibly why we have become the acknowledged specialists in water treatment. We offer a full range of water softeners and drinking water systems and are fully independent so can offer you the best unit to suit your specific needs.

Apr 30,2020Excellent service delivery man very pleasant all good ! usually I collect 1 25kg salt bag but as delivery is available due to covid-19 went down the delivery route of 5 bags which will save me time money and my back ! I would add a txt on the day of delivery would give you a gold star lol!!

Hassle free online booking augmented by individual assistance by phone and email (Thanks Jacky) led to a rapidly fulfilled order delivered and left exactly where we had requested on the boundary of our property. Oct 12,2019Kinetic water softener. We contacted them and arranged a survey where we had our options and questions explained and answered clearly. There was no hard sales pitch as we’ve had with other companies. The installation went on time and was flexible around our house build schedule. The engineer was friendly, polite, didn’t leave any mess at all, and carried out the installation very well with minimum disruption to our household.

The price which included delivery was highly competitive. Delivery was timely and efficient. I will certainly buy salt again and probably use the company for any servicing needs. Recommended.
