A great site for researchers and participants. Platypus Research is a leading global insight and innovation business for the child, youth and family market. We are fortunate to work with a diverse portfolio of clients on a variety of interesting research projects. When assessing different methodologies and approaches, ‘keeping it real’ is a major factor for us in ensuring we represent the lives of ‘real’ people. As such, we have found that the Web Community Creator platform is an essential part of our research approach. It allows us to interact with research participants in a natural way which helps us to collect richer and more detailed insights, via written answers, images and videos. Whilst there are other providers of ‘community’ approaches, we are constantly impressed by the results achieved when using Web Community Creator and this is mirrored by the participant feedback. Respondents enjoy taking part because the platform is engaging, simple and intuitive to use, and crucially tasks can be completed at a time convenient to them, 24-7. We are able to effectively engage with a geographically dispersed sample cost effectively and get instant feedback on their responses via open, two-way dialogue. Add in the knowledge and support received from the team at Web Community Creator and you have a winning combination that we would recommend to anyone working within the research sector.

Julian Cole, Director at Web Creator Suite, repeatedly emailed me trying to sell me products despite my a) never signing up to a mailing list b) never expressing any intent in his products c) never replying to any of his emails/providing him with any reason to think I wanted more emails from him. 1 or 2 emails is fine, I get that you're trying to sell. But this is just ridiculous.
