Mar 16,2023Plants were supplied promptly but we were very disappointed with the quality and size compared with the photos online. We also ordered and asked for a matched pair but received two individual ones that don’t match at all other than they are the same plant. On the basis of this we wouldn’t purchase again or recommend.

Feb 16,2023The product was good value for money. The only let down was the delivery courier. I had instructed that the product be delivered on a day that i was at home (all day). This was done but not before they attempted the first delivery a couple of days before. The box looked like it had been through the wars but the plant was fine.

Sep 14,2022Nice citrus tree, healthy and attractive, but let down by packaging. Just put in a box with no other protection, so three large fruit had broken in transit and a branch. It will recover but a shame nevertheless. Also I paid extra for gift wrap but it arrived with nothing, which was a shame as was my husband’s birthday present. I emailed to advise of this, but no response from them by the third working day.

Sep 11,2022This purchase was all fine. However, your website comes up via the RHS when searching for bougainvillea, so, after phoning to confirm, I purchased a voucher for £25 as a Christmas present. When it was getting nearer the right time of year, I phoned several times to check availability and didn't get a very friendly or helpful reaction. So I bought lavender instead!

Mar 16,2023A black bin liner over the pot to keep the water in would of been benificial to transport. Considering the state of the mushy box that the poor woman from the delivery company had to re-tape up to stop it falling apart..
