Apr 27,2023Toni was very personable and worked well with my very VERY difficult schedule. I, being illiterate to all this web stuff, did not understand some of the after costs, hosting, etc and was not told of this at the onset. This was not anything Toni did, he had no idea it was never explained to me. I suggest you always have this conversation BEFORE passing off to the tech. A tech should be able to just do their job and not deal with customers that were not informed of those other costs. Always assume the customer/consumer does not know. Thank you!
