May 03,2022Hired to create website and after giving examples of how and what we wanted all they did was copy a competitors website. And after initial deposit of $4000 they are calling for more money and more money. After over $8000 I find that the website is not working and no one will call or email back. Do not use or hire this group.

Mar 23,2022I started the project of building an app/website in March 2021. Invested $19,999 into the creation of our app/website. Our contract states that the estimated completion time is 3 months. During the latter part of 2021, I was told (by Edwin Green) that they lost their IOS certification and that is why they were unable to complete. Unfortunately, a lot more than just IOS certification was needed to fulfill my needs. In December 2021, I requested a refund. In February 2022, Jennie Scott from Website Profs reached out and let me know that since I reached out for a refund, I was now their top priority. What? This is the type of customer service one provides to a customer that spent nearly $20k on a project? Since then, Jennie Scott has been doing nothing but giving me the runaround and I have yet to see one dime refunded into my account. If there are any lawyers reading this, would love to speak with you about the false promises and lack of integrity and ethics that Website Profs brings to their customers.

Feb 10,2022Work was completed beyond the deadline but the work was acceptable, the problem is that they charged my company an additional $2500 over our contract and even though I was told that I would be reimbursed many times via texts, emails, and phone calls because of a glitch in their banking system, Website Profs lied to my bank about how much they received, I provided receipts to Website Profs but was just given the run-around for many months. This was funded by a state grant so this is all taxable and will be reflected. Still waiting to be refunded 7 months later. Doing business with Website Profs (Creative Company) was a mistake.

I paid them over $2,000 and they charged my account again for $700, apparently by mistake. Till today I haven't received refund since last year's June. My website is not even half done, and they do not replay to my calls or e-mails. Please do yourselve a big favor and forget about this company.

Jan 20,2022If I could leave a lesser star I would. This is a horrible company Edwin Green is the worst business person ever. The took months longer for completion than promised and after they claimed it was completed I had to hire a totally different company to finish my website. They tried to scam me by using a misspelled domain name an tried to charge me $1200 to buy that one an I already purchased my domain previously. These guys are rip.

Jan 15,2022We went with this company because we were told it would be 484.00 total cost and then it was another charge and another charge and then another of 4800 that was taken without our permission. We have paid a total of over $6000 and are very dissatisfied. We were told back in August 2021 we would be refunded $2500 (thats the best they can do) never received refund as of yet. I would never use or recommend this company to anyone, all they do is bleed you dry. We are a small company and can not afford to lose this type of money.

Nov 10,2021Company claims to offer a 100% money back guarantee. At first they said it would take 12 business days to see it in my account. Now they are claiming it will take 30-45 days before I see it in my account. I have contacted my bank and filed a claim against this company. Jay Anderson was the person who made 3 different promises and never followed through with either.

Mar 30,2023Website Profs now has a new scam. They send you an email claiming that your domain name is being used by someone else (in another state). Then they inquire if you have secured the name by registering federally. They are now trying to get that business as well with their "in-house counsel." I have been contacted twice. Another scam. ps I never received the $1200 they stoled from me!
