Wife loves hers but mine were to heavy for walking long distances my fault not the boots. I'm in the process of returning them. Feb 28,2025I ordered some short, fleece-lined Hunter wellies and they were delivered promptly. Unfortunately within a two weeks it was plain that they were leaking. Welly Warehouse processed the refund efficiently but did not refund the postage costs. I could understand this if I had just changed my mind, but when the item is faulty I think the whole cost should be refunded.
