However, I am dropping this review to three stars as delivery was expensive (at £9) AND they used Parcel Force, who are utterly useless. Quite the worst courier company in the UK. If it had been DPD, I would have accepted the delivery cost, and no doubt got the product without being messed around.

Apr 19,2023I liked the statement saying next day delivery. The price was slightly more than elsewhere but having the delivery quick made up for this. Unfortunately parcel force decided to come 4 days later unannounced when we were out. Because I needed the product for a job I was doing on the Monday I had to collect from the Nottingham branch which took 1.5 hrs to do so as they couldn't redeliver until the Tuesday. I suggest you change your statement of next day delivery
