Feb 19,2025I ordered my wig almost 3 weeks ago and still haven't even received a tracking number. shipping said 3-7 days and it's been way over that amount of time. Im getting scared because this was my first time ordering from this company. I finally got a tracking number today and when i clicked on it to track the package it says it got delivered a week ago to a totally different address than mines that i put in for the order. I really hope i didn't get scammed. I'll leave another comment if the wig arrives.

Feb 18,2025I really love the wig. It’s so straight, soft and pretty. The lace also has a really good quality and I’m literally in love with this wig. I have a big head so the cap is a tiny bit too small for me but everything else is perfect. The service is so kind and they made sure I got my package.😍

Feb 08,2025They advertise ready to ship from the USA wigs which is not true. Their warehouse is in China, after purchasing you will not recieve a confirmation. After there was no tracking after the 24 hr period I had to track them down on social media. The reply was the wig I ordered was out of stock and they could ship me a different length for a higher price. I declined and asked for a refund. I was gaslighted and was told my order was processing even though I repeatedly requested a refund. I'm now force to report them to the ftc and BBB for false advertising. I believe most of the reviews are not accurate.

Jan 29,2025I really enjoyed shopping on wig fever’s website. It was well organized and the quality of images showing the wigs stood out to me. I ordered a water wave glueless wig and it arrived in less than a week!! That is top notch shipping!!! Upon unboxing my new wig I received accessories free of cost added to make the experience of wearing my wig more enjoyable. The quality of the wig is mindblowing, very minimal shedding. False advertisement and when you give an honest review on their site they don't publish it I ordered a 18inch length hair and they sent me a 12inch (putting stretched length 18 on the pack). What scam-planning is that. I order an 18 inch because that's what I wanted, I didn't order a stretched 18inch. Advertise as is. Sold a 12 inch wig for 18inch, paid for 250 density, got 180. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
