Nov 28,2019I highly recommend Wild & Vast Tours Mongolia. They were very responsive to my needs and very easy to work with. The guide was knowledgeable and obliging and the driver was very skilful driving us on the unpaved roads which were very bumpy. I am very happy with their excellent services during my holiday in Mongolia.

Nov 08,2019Cette agence est très fiable et bien organisée. Notre conducteur Niama et notre guide Ganbadral ont été très professionnels, attentifs et se sont avérés de bonne compagnie. Nous avons logé dans de camps de touristes, en yourte familiale ainsi qu'en camping. Mis à part quelques améliorations à apporter à l'équipement de camping, le tout s'est avéré à l hauteur. Je recommande cette agence sans hésitation.

Nov 03,2019Bemerkenswert bei Wild & Vast Tours Mongolia ist als erster Eindruck die raschen Antworten auf diverse Kontaktaufnahmen. Alle gewünschten Anpassungen unserer individuellen Tour wurden sofort berücksichtigt; es gab aber auch Hinweise warum etwas nicht ideal erscheint. Bestechend war auch der im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern relativ günstige Preis. Die Anwicklung der Reise war dann entsprechend dem festgelegten Plan. Kleine Änderungen während der Reise waren auch kein Problem. Die Anzahlung haben wir in die Mongolei überwiesen (was natürlich entsprechende Spesen verursachte, ein EU-Konto wäre vorteilhafter); den größeren Restbetrag haben wir bar bei Beginn der Reise bezahlt. Mit dem Fahrer, dem Auto und dem Guide (eine junge Dame namens Chimeg) waren wir sehr zufrieden, wir fühlten uns stets gut aufgehoben und betreut, wurden aber nicht dauernd mit "Informationen" überschüttet, was wir besnders gut empfanden. Their service is very good and family oriented, their guides know all the history and details for the places. Monuments etc. As Mongolia is quite historical country it us must for the guide to know real history which attracts the tourism. We are very happy with the services.
