Sep 07,2021I ordered a Hancock dressing table from the outlet store. The item was shown as in stock and they happily took my money. I received no further communication from the company despite an email chasing delivery. Three weeks later finally received an email from the delivery company saying they would deliver the following week. Next day I get an email saying my order had been cancelled. No explanation, so I had to phone up to see what was going on. Evidently the item was not in stock despite allowing me to purchase it. No goodwill gesture. No offer to honour the order even if I needed to wait for new stock. Bad way to treat your customers Willis and Gambier.

Jul 31,2021My chest of drawers were delivered on time. Communication was excellent, I was contacted a few times because I wanted to delay delivery to a time that suited me and they were able to accommodate. There was a faulty drawer knob which they replaced immediately after I contacted them.
