Jan 16,2019Dedicated and thorough service, with honest advice from start to finish. They took the time to understand our business, and looked at a range of finance options that would be understanding of our business which is not only in an unconventional industry, but highly seasonal in nature. They looked at various solutions, considering both long term productions, and shorter term options (and how they could be refinanced further down the line). It didn't feel like they were working for the lender, but that they were fighting for us, and to achieve the best solution to suit our business circumstances. They kept us up to speed every step of the way with the application, giving us a single point of contact, and personally following up on any questions or queries between ourselves and the lender. I would recommend WCF Group to any business, particularly those who, like us, don't conform to the banking industry's ideal 9-5 mould!
