The global chip shortage problem has become more and more serious this year, , and the products I ordered have been affected to different degrees, I was informed of the market price change after ordering, and sometimes there is a shortage of products after ordering, but this does not affect my continued cooperation with winsource. winsource has done almost all my material procurement independently, except for a very few I had to buy from other suppliers at a higher price. I understand the difficulties of winsource and hope the shortage of chips can be relieved gradually. Overall Im very happy to have dealt with winsource. A great company

Mar 25,2022Win-Source often have scarce parts in stock, and are mindful of the quality of the parts that ship. The staff are friendly and care about their work. It's best to check with a sales rep for your orders as often the stock or pricing shown is out of date.

Mar 17,2022Dishonest. After ordering parts and paying for them in full, I was notified a week later that the parts had gone up in price 4x, and I would need to pay the higher price. I declined. On another order, one month after payment I emailed to ask when the parts would ship and was told that in fact they didn't have the stock so they would have to refund me. Finding this suspicious, I requested a quote for the same part from a different email address and was given a price 3x what I paid and was told they have plenty in stock and ready to ship in 2-3 days. Very dishonest business, steer clear. In addition to these ordering issues, a colleague discovered that an old order from Winsource has used a fake humidity card in which none of the levels had triggered even after the bag had been sitting open for months.

Our rep is very helpful, quotes come back quickly and orders ship out very quickly after payment clears. Communication about shipments and tracking numbers is good. Components arrive in perfectly good condition, well packaged. I highly recommend customers request a quote, rather than place an order directly online, as prices may change.

Apr 19,2022Zum wiederholten Male wurden die bestellten und in voller Höhe bezahlten Bauteile gecancelt und zu einem höheren Preis angeboten. In einem Fall wurde selbst nach Zahlung eines Aufschlages der Artikel storniert. Die Rückzahlung dauert sehr lange. Meine Empfehlung nicht dort kaufen. Abzocker!!!
