If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst experience of my life!!!! I spent over $1,800 on uniforms and warm ups for our AAU basketball team. The first order I placed in February and then I placed another one 2 weeks later. The first order never shipped or showed up. I contacted them and all they could say was they don’t know what happened. I demanded a refund or said I would be filing a charge back. They refunded me for the first order which was $300. The Second order was the same way. No explained of where my items. I have tried multiple times to work with them but they keep ignoring me and won’t fix their issues. I only got the warm ups from the second order and no uniforms. On top of that the coaches shirts I order are not even accurate sizing and can’t even be worn. I 100% got scammed. I suggest you stay away unless you like to fight to get your money back.
We ordered backpacks and they were quickly shipped to us. They look great. Hoping to work with them again for apparel. Abe has been very understanding and patient. Thanks so much for being awesome!
I was very excited to work with this company on a helmet they carry for my collegiate water polo player. I ordered it back in August and it never arrived. Reached out to the company and was referred to their customer service dept which was rude and completely ghosted me. I keep receiving advertising emails so replied and heard back from Anthony Rescigno. He initial wanted to give me a credit. I have no faith in this company and requested a refund. He said someone would be in touch with me. Still no refund. I see from reviews that their pattern is to Ghost people. Very disappointed. Buyer beware.

We did a re-order after Hurricane Ida destroyed the jerseys on our campus for our high school bowling team. Our school's name on the logo looks like Wheel of Fortune letters on the re-order. No one will respond to coach's emails!
Nick M was my sales representative. He kept in touch with me through each step of the process. We placed our order last week and expect to have our shirts the first week of January. So far the experience has been great. I can't wait to get our shirts for our bowling tournament next month.
Working with Nick Metzger was amazing. He was very personable and explained everything so well. The uniforms were exactly as he explained they would be down to the quality. Nick definitely made me feel like I was his only client. I felt I could contact him anytime when I had questions or concerns. I ordered custom warmups and will return to order uniforms.

ZERO STARS ALL THE WAY The absolute WORST.... ANGELA/BRYAN/SAM... all the same person. Do not order from this company. I ordered 24 gloves they all came in mis sized and dealing with the support team is absolutely painful. They do not respond to emails or phonecalls. And it seems that ANGELA/SAM/BRIAN - again all the same person is the only person who can handle if something is wrong with the order, and their way of handling by ignoring you.
Greg and Stephen were extremely responsive as we were communicating to get our design right. We paid over $1600 for 15 basketball uniforms, and the design delivered was not the design we confirmed. Wrong color and wrong font size. The uniforms were unusable. Customer service was silent. Greg, Stephen, Sam, Daniela and Bryan all had silence and no response for my bad batch of uniforms. If they nail your teams design the first time, you may be happy. If there are any problems, they are silent and wait until you send them a letter from a lawyer. Don’t fall for their friendly upfront stunt. Once you pay, they are not your friends.
The Jerseys I received are amazing. I love the fit and mostly I love the quality of the fabric which they have offered. I completely recommend this purchase and would absolutely buy it again! Quick service and easy to be reached..
Great to work with, very responsive, and the design I envisioned they brought to life! Now that’s about it. Softball Jerseys were some weird cotton material, that literally is a sweat magnet. Super hot to play in. And the worst part.. all the jerseys were small. Only fit a couple of us little guys. So nobody wanted to pay for it. So I suggest making sure u get mens sizes and not kids

Jun 15,2023Awful - just awful. A MINUS 10 stars - the worst experience - I ordered basketball jerseys on April 11 - my card was charged on the 12th - 3 -4 week turnaround. I have reached out to the rep multiple times with no resolution and have called the main number and it's the same. A constant run around - the rep Idris is a joke - he doesn't return calls, sent me tracking for what was supposed to be my order - it was tracking for a package going to Oklahoma which was clearly not mine when I'm in Georgia. Reached back out and was told let me get with production and I'll get back to you - no response. Anything to delay. I paid $663.54 for 12 jerseys that I was supposed to have by May 11th - it's June 15th and I honestly don't think they've even started the order. DO NOT USE this company. They don't do what they say they are going to do - just the most horrible experience ever. I've called, text and emailed for a refund. As of this review on 6/15/23 no response. Imagine that. I want my $663.54 back.
