Dec 20,2021Got to Venezuela really quick . But the problem always occurs in Caracas where the receiver sends proof of paying the taxes . And it’s still on hold since the 13th December

Dec 20,2021Delivered according to expectations, but..... The only reason you didn't get 5* is that, inexplicably, you rounded up the weight of my package and charged me more than I was expecting! I'll be more careful next time and raise the issue at teh time - if I have time, that is.

Dec 13,2021One of the item I have sent got lost. I haven’t received any of the luggage yet. No one got in contact with me. I had to sort the issue out on my own. I have not been able to work because I didn’t receive my items. And I had to get new clothes. Very bad work.
