I was promised a refund at any time if I was not satisfied. I have been waiting since Feb. for a confirmation # of the refund. Do not trust this outfit.

I was promised a refund if I took down my reviews. During the whole process this company has promised my refund (for six months) and hasn’t done it thus far. Their ghost writing service is horrendous and they will threaten you if you put up a negative review. Please be very careful when dealing with this company. Also, do not fall for the trick of having them finish your work before you can get a refund Reason they do that is you have to agree reluctantly to get each chapter finished and when the dreadful book is done they will tell you that you agreed to it and there will be no refund.

From start to finish writing avenue kept me updated and kept my mind at ease. They are very friendly, personable and have amazing customer service skills, they amazingly turned my raw idea into an exceptional book. I'll recommend this company to all those authors who require same professional assistance because if you are not satisfied your money will be refunded i but you will be satisfied more than likely. So professional and they are great to work with !!

Reached out to the company for book editing services. Ended up ordering book marketing services, and I haven't sold more copies ever before. The whole deal turned out to be profitable and I ended up earning more than I initially invested in the entire project. There aren't a lot of companies that promise a specific number of sales with their marketing package. This one really worked out for me.

They are efficient and super fast. Writing Avenue helped me put together all the chapters with proper edits and expeditious advice. I got an update every single day. This company is by far the most affordable Ghostwriting service that you will find out there and helped me publish one of my books about family & the Christian faith, which was a very edited and Co-written by this company. They’re professional, polite, courteous, and understanding to my financial situation. I’ve published two books with this company and I’m proud to have authored these books with the help of Writing Avenue. I stand by my review and criticism. The company is not correct when they say they reviewed 70 to 80% of my work. They reviewed 10% at best. From the beginning I told them I was not satisfied. They did very little work on my book. It certainly was not worth $1000. I agreed to compromise with them for a refund of $500. That offer is off the table when I take them to court in NY. My contract with them is clear - they promise a full refund. Now they are saying that is not the case. SCAMMERS! This company has no integrity. Do not pay them any money. I signed a contract agreeing that I would get a refund if I was not satisfied. Their editing is terrible. I asked for a refund, not for the whole amount but just half. They ignored me. I didn't ask for the whole amount because they read about 40 pages. I think I was way too generous with them. In any event, don't waste your money with this company.
