Jan 11,2021Very happy with the service Buy Fine Art provided. They phoned to discuss the frame colour to make sure the colours were being rendered accurately which was appreciated as it did result in me making a slight change. Picture came packaged very carefully and safely.

Jan 01,2021Bought Paine Proffitt Double Espresso print as a Christmas present for daughter. Was unsure whether she would like it as print is a likeness of her and her dog, but she absolutely loves it! Hats off to the supplier as I ordered it just before xmas and didn't think it would arrive in time , came in less than 48 hours.

Feb 27,2016Excellent service. My only minor criticism is that I was not kept up to date with delivery dates. I had to phone to find out when the picture would be delivered only to find out it was due to arrive the following day. If I had not telephoned I may well have been out at the time it was delivered.

Feb 27,2016Despite what is to many people a high end purchase and certainly not a run of the mill day to day transaction I would have expected and hoped for much better customer treatment. One way communications and chasing the supplier to find out the cause for the delays in receiving the goods led to an overall poor experience and poor view of this company. To make things worse each separate person I spoke to had a different reason for the delay and subsequent likely timescales for remedy. Also when we received the picture the quality of the workmanship re the framing and insert borders wasn't great and we had to do some diy to correct the obvious flaw so not sure of the quality assurance processes either at this company. Finding positives I would say that the picture was well packaged and survived the courier journey and the picture and frame was as ordered and described. However overall I would have to seriously think twice before using this company again.

Feb 26,2016I ordered a limited edition print and it was delivered wrapped so well that nothing could have damaged it other than a hurricane. Great care, thought, and experience was put into the wrapping and shipping of the print, which arrived quickly.

Feb 26,2016As a first time customer with Buy-Fineart I could have just done with a little more communication after I placed my order to make it a perfect experience. It's a minor detail though but just made me a littler nervous as a few days passed without me hearing anything at all and no quick reply to my email checking the dispatch process. That aside it was a good price and my order arrived brilliantly packaged, immaculate and just as I'd ordered so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company at all :)

Although they couldn't provide me with this they called to explain what they had tried to do and offered to order an export edition of the requested number. The sculpture arrived quickly and was well packaged
