Order Number: 25030 I am yet to receive my order and I have tried to contact you via email twice along with your online help form and still no response? There is no emails in my spam folder either before anyone asks, I have also provided my phone number so there is no excuse not to respond. Awful service.

Jul 21,2022Bought a matching bow tie and braces for 2 boys, and one set of braces arrived broken. Contacted Dickiebow a couple of times and had no response - explained it was for an upcoming wedding. Will now only be able to use the bow ties. Very disappointing - they were quick to respond to a question i had before selling the items to me!

Aug 02,2021After being let down buy where I originally purchased a Tie & Pocket Square for my sisters wedding 3 days before, in a mad panic to find another to match my dress I came across what looked like a perfect match on Dickie Bow - ordered it with Next Day Delivery and explained what had happened and I was so amazed and grateful to find them go above and beyond to ensure I got my order in time for the big day and sure enough it came as a perfect match as listed online and amazing quality!! Wish I had of found Dickie Bow sooner and originally ordered from them - I know I will be next time! Thank you again :)
