Jun 29,2017I purchased a $4000 TV from these guys on ebay. Two weeks after purchase, the tv broke down. Despite several promises for refund, they disappeared and left me to deal with LG on my own. This turned into a 2 months of back and forth with LG service on a supposedly new TV. I would STAY AS FAR AWAY AS I COULD. BUYER BEWARE

They were full of excuses and made no effort to resend it at the original price. They simply did NOT honor the original price.

The shipper was a little late, and the box arrived banged up. However, the TV is amazing. They let me know the white glove shipping was not available, and even under sold me on shipping. Apr 22,2017I purchased a LG OLED65B6P TV from iElectrica for a truly low, almost too-good-to-be-true price. The set was advertised as new and with a U.S. warrantee and the packaging looked like it was factory-fresh. The panel I got shows appreciable pinkish tint on both edges - it's clearly visible with white fields. Initially iElectrica stated they were not familiar with this problem, but after I sent a picture of the panel clearly showing the problem I got this back: "I do not believe that this is a defect with the panel./ you are looking at a completely white screen so at the sides its completely normal to have a hint if off-shade. You can call LG to have a tech sent out and they can double check that but im looking at one here and did the same test screen and have the same results. This would by no means affect the picture at all during regular viewing of movies or television." This LG 2016 model generally is less afflicted with panel non-uniformity but it occasionally happens. It is not found in all LG OLED65B6P sets, and when present is particularly visible when watching scenes with uniform fields, like an ice hockey or basketball floor. An LG rep would likely say it is "within tolerances" or maybe allow a trade after much hassle. So, be aware that if you buy from iElectrica, and likely most online dealers, they may not readily agree to have you return for another set if it has panel uniformity problems. Now I have to decide if the problem is worth the hassle of calling LG.

Apr 11,2017I recently purchased a new 55 inch flat screen TV (LG OLED55B6P) from iElectrica through eBay and had a truly wonderful experience. I have to admit I was a little concerned about the price seeming to good to be true at $700 less than Best Buy (with tax), but after reading numerous reviews on eBay and TrustPilot I was comfortable with proceeding. The unit shipped within 24 hours of my order and was received one week earlier than originally estimated as they shipped it via FedEx Ground from their California warehouse to my home on the West Coast. I have found that many "deep discount" websites will call you after placing an order to "up-sell" you on a more expensive model, bogus insurance or premium delivery service. This was NOT the case with iElectrica. They delivered exactly what I ordered ahead of scheduled and in pristine condition -- for $700 less than my local retailer. I will absolutely place all my future electronics orders through iElectrica and have been singing their praises to my friends and neighbors!

Mar 22,2017I had a great experience with iElectrica.com. Their fairly represented what I was purchasing and what I should expect. Delivery folks they chose delivered successfully after a 2 week wait (which I believe was normal). Delivery had on-line tracking, but they didn't update it for the first week, so it looked like after a tracking number was issued, they hadn't even picked the order up during that time. Then a backdated update showed up stating the order was picked up the same day as promised by iElectrica. Delivery wanted to come the night before scheduled, at 10:30 PM, with only 30 minutes notice, but I had missed their call. They called and showed up the next day, slightly before the window originally agreed upon which was fine, but were somewhat abrupt, hasty and sloppy with their white glove service.
