Aug 30,2019I paid for an item they couldn’t even even make and had to settle for an alternative I didn’t want. They sent me another dummy for free after I asked which I respect but then they got my randomly changed my county. So I corrected them and a few days have passed and I wondered why haven’t I received my item yet? So I go back on the email and my county isn’t correct but the post code is wrong??? I don’t understand how or why?? I still don’t have my item and I need them first thing Monday as my daughter starts daycare, she’s only 3 months on Monday so I don’t need her dummy getting mixed up with another child’s. Hence why I bought dummies with her name on and I’ve just been messed about and still don’t have my order. Angry is an understatement at this moment!
