Feb 07,2024Ordered a few baby bottles (which took ages to arrive) and 2 arrived damaged. Have sent 2 emails regarding this and both have been ignored! Check their email and there's no mention of a refund policy which is a sign of an unethical and unprofessional company (added to the fact they clearly don't have any after-sales care). Let's see if a bad review makes them take any action although from my experience they don't seem to care. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
