Oct 09,2020Xcel Has helped me design both my websites - CitusMMA and CoachNicoBajerski. Now one of the leading tutorials platforms. Back in 2018 he did such a great job on my gym website it helped my business grow within weeks! We then have kept on updating it over the last few years, whenever I have a new idea / page - Xcel is there within the day to get back to me when the job is done, I never feel rushed just quality service with any queries. He does the work exactly how I want it. I went back to him this year to do my second site which is a tutorials website, this was a complex job and they always overcame any problems and they are always there to sort things out and yet again keep updating. Highly recommended.

Not being particularly ‘tech savvy’ the process was clearly explained and with their specialist knowledge we were given lots of advice together with tips on marketing and making the most of our site. Farzan provided a tailored service to suit our business, he offered plenty of suggestions around marketing in order to help the business grow further and advice around were we could make changes to enhance the customer experience. Farzan has real depth of knowledge and shares plenty of good tips not only on web design but on customer experience, business management and marketing too so you get an all around service at really competitive prices. We also received a step by step video tutorial on how to navigate the website for all the admin work which was a great help and really easy to follow too. Xcel design provided on going support for any setup issues, queries or problems, they have always been swift to respond and provide answers. I did work with the company for two weeks on details, and they were very easy to communicate with and had lots of great ideas. They clearly know their stuff, but above all they are TRUSTWORTHY!
