I used to get really bad DOMS after crosssfit workouts but 3 of these a day is enough to reduce it to a mild muscle burn. If you're double training or competing up it to 6 a day. Delivered quickly with some really nice freebies.

Personally found fuel 5 complements my training well and helps me keep on top of my carb intake during hard or long sessions. Tastes nice aswell which is a winner.
