My phone was t working properly. Had to go back two additional times. Workers were very rude and unprofessional.

My case broke within days, I contacted the email on their website and they told me they’d be sending out a replacement, Thom told me to email him when it arrived. It never did, so I asked if it had tracking. No response. It’s been months (since April), and I’ve emailed them several times asking for updates with no response. 😭 I’m still hoping they’ll reach out.

I received my Yellow Jacket case over a year ago. Let me tell you that this has given me outstanding piece of mind! As someone who is being stalked, having this extremely efficient and accessible defensive tool not only gives me the confidence to no longer feel like a victim, but has given me a confidence I thought I lost when I garnered unwanted attention. That is priceless. Thom Buck and the team at Stingray Yellow Jacket are the best group of people in the tactical retail group. Their customer service is amazing! If you have a question or need anything they are prompt, kind and truly care! These cases will give you the precious time to get away if you ever do encounter an issue. Also, these cases are powerful enough that just letting someone know you carry it will make them think twice; if they don’t? Well let’s just say I wouldn’t want to get hit by this stunner. If you don’t want to carry a gun- like me- this is what you need. I recommend using this company because they care about people and safety Thom Buck and his team have decades of experience in the field and they have designed an amazing product as a result.

I've been a Yellow Jacket costumer for 2 years now , I've got no complaints about the case its both powerful and reliable. Although i had to contract the support team twice , the first time the case wouldn't dry fire Hannah was very understanding and arranged a replacement for me for free. The second time the case wouldn't charge and the representative i got though this time Thom was again very kind and professional in resolving my issue. I've seen many people complain on the reviews about retrieving newsletter , requests to review ect. Im pretty sure that if you don't want to retrieve newsletter you can always unsubscribe or not register in the first place. Conclusion. Im both very happy with the case and with the company itself.

My iPhone Xs was a little hard to slide into the Yellow Jacket Case when I first received it. I called customer service and was surprised to have my call answered by the designer of the case! We talked at some length about the product, and he assured me that it should loosen up a bit. He also gave me some great tips about using it. It has loosened up, and it's much easier to get the phone in and out now (not that I take it out very much). I especially like the fact that the case has a dual function. I would not have bought one that did only one thing or the other.

It is exactly as described. The model for my iphone 8 is a bulky and a bit heavy, but I am willing to overlook that for the piece of mind this case provides. I love that it combines a phone charger to it. It’s perfect for when I’m walking around and prepared for the unexpected.

The staff was readily available to answer questions and personally walk me through the set up of this badass phone case. The information on the site is up to date and accurate. A great product with outstanding leadership and supporting personnel. I will be recommending them and coming back to do business with them again.

Everything was good until the power bank stopped charging I don’t know if it’s the cord. That came with it is there anyway I could have y’all take a look at it.... I should clarify in the model for the iPhone 6 the charging port stopped working it hasn’t even been a month I still have the receipt in my emails if when it arrived I’m okay with the phone case being bulky due to the stun gun attachment please fix this situation

so I called the day after I ordered it because wasn't sure if they were still open to take orders...I didn't leave a message...30 minutes later I received a return call from a rep...then the next morning I received another phone call from customer service...outstanding!!! oh and the product...spot on!!!

All though it’s great but too bulky and battery need to be bigger size. But still this is only taser iPhone case!!! And works like a charm. Great design too. But too bulky once again.

These are simply the best phone cases. My wife loves these cases for peace of mind that she has a level playing field if the time arises and a need to protect herself is eminent. High Quality product with great power.
