If I could give no stars I would. The gloves supplied are probably more suited to a child's hand. I have a medium hand (always purchase medium in all gloves). I do not believe even the Large size would fit a normal sized medium hand. Despite their Customer Service claiming there was a sizing chart displayed against these gloves there was not. They have caused me a lot of disappointment, frustration and unnecessary aggro. CUSTOMERS BEWARE.

Outstanding service (Paula and Steve) and super fast delivery times. I had a product issue with my mat and bag within the first 30 days. Contacted yoga studio and pleasantly surprised at response times (refreshing!). Personal replies each time and only automated response was when I first submitted details of my issue on a Sunday night. Issue resolved quickly, with them also contacting the manufacturer of the products I purchased. Delighted with replacements. Outstanding customer service. Thank you Paula and Steve!

Being able to speak to real people on the phone who go out of their way to help, fast delivery - just amazing service. These guys are a breath of fresh air! Will certainly continue to use them for everything yoga and more.

Beware ! You have to book but classes are cancelled at such short notice that I can't comment on the actual teaching I was left standing outside the studio at 8 am in the freezing street. My office only opens at 9.30. Such a disrespectful way to treat students.

Awful experience. I ordered two months ago and I still don't have my items. It seems to be lost somewhere but I have no way to know what to do. I wrote 3 mails with no answer. Lack of customer service. Obviously not able to deliver properly in France. Don't recommand at all.

I order a salt lamp that was advertised with a lead and dimmer switch. When it arrived it came with a different lead and no dimmer switch as shown. After contacting them they said they had ran out and they would removed the picture. Didn't offer to sort my purchase out. I would not have brought it had I known it was incorrectly advertised and I don’t want to pay the return postage and be out of pocket. Disappointing service. Happy to say this has now been resolved and they are sending me the correct cable when it is back in stock, thank you.

Bought a Meditation pillow from here. Just love it, great quality and the pattern (Toucan) brightens up the room. Only my first week and i notice the change in my posture. And some strength returning to my lower back.

The staff at Yoga Studio Store could not have been more attentive and helpful with assisting with an order from another outlet. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a Manduka Pro mat as quickly as possible. Can't thank them enough and they have gained a customer for life.

The Yoga Studio is a wonderful online UK store. I have ordered quite a few products and very satisfied with the high quality , affordable pricing and speedy delivery. I ordered some leggings, received a confirmation email and a delivery email from Yoga Studio plus one from DHL. A few days later, I received another email from Yoga Studio to say the leggings were out of stock and I would receive a refund in 5 days. What a waste of time!

Fast and easy ordering, item arrived quickly without excessive packaging. I also got my yoga mat a little bit cheaper than usual as it was 'end of line' for a particular colour. Overall very happy with this experience and would use them again.

Warning! Fraud Transaction, do not buy from this seller!!! After Order Confirmation, no. Shipment for days. The seller told me because of their tech problem and I have to pay more, already paid 45.59 Euro for shipping and my purchase is almost 350 Euro! ? Should it be beared by the seller? Or I need to pay for whatever they ask and the price can be changed in whatever way they want actually? At the end find excuses to ask for 120 more just for shipping. Canceled the order and totally a waste of my time. Told the seller, I will cancel the transaction but they do not listen and cancel the order without my consent?! And based on the conversation, the seller is always right. Ps: Please do not believe what the seller say, I have forward the email discussion to TrustPilot and my review is verified by Trustpilot.

I've contacted with the company on Friday afternoon. I'm new to yoga so I have been confused between the 2 mats. I spoke with very nice men who advise me best mat and surprisedly this mat was on a good offer. I hoped the mat will arrive next week, but I have been told I suppose to have my mat on Monday ! I was soo happy to hear that and more than happy to get my mat as promised. Quality is great. The packaging is great - I'm very impressed. and most importantly I can go to my class today ! Thank you for such a quick postage and all your help. highly recommended! Izabela :)
