Trotz dass ich kein Fahrzeug anmieten konnte, wird mir eine relativ hohe Gebühr berechnet. Der telefonische Service stellt sich stur und beruft sich auf die Firmenpolitik. Ich musste in der Nacht mich um ein anderes Fahrzeug kümmern. Es gab keine Entschuldigung, keine Alternative. Reine Geldfalle Kann ich jedem nur abraten
Yolcu360 güvencesiyle araç kiraladığım şirket depozitomu geri yatırmıyor ve yolcu360 bu konuda hiç yardımcı olmuyor. Güvenilmemesi gerektiğini ıspatladılar. Asla sahip çıkmıyorlar. Bundan sonra ASLA. Kiraladığınız (bilinen) şirketlerle direkt irtibata geçmenizi öneririm.
I rented and they charged me for a big SUV and their trusted company offered me a mini SUV which my luggage didn't fit in it. I didn't take the car for obvious reason. They are not returning my money and every time I email them they play with me. Do Not Trust them.
Über Onlineportal Yolcu360 habe ich ein Auto angemietet. Das Auto sollte ca. nach 1 Std. übergeben werden, jedoch erfolgte dies nicht. Die Bezahlung erfolgte in türkischen Lira, per Banküberweisung, nach der ersten Zahlung wird man für eine zweite Zahlung Kaskoversicherungsbeitrag (Rückbuchung sollte nach 15 Min. erfolgen) als Sicherheit gefordert. Da eine dritte Forderung mich stutzig machte, musste ich den Auftrag abbrechen. Bis heute wurde keinerlei Geld zurück überwiesen, ca. 500 €. Eine Beschwerdeportal über E-Mail ist nut als Tarnung, hier passiert so gut wie nix. Betrüger sitzen direkt in der Zentrale. Bitte lässt die Finger von diesem Portal. Danke
I booked in advance using YOLCU360 my booking ref number EDBC095C-595D and specifically booked a VW Passat Station Wagon (Estate) due to the amount of luggage I had. Upon arrival the car was nearly 2 hours late and I was given a Nissan Qashqai. The customer service level was ZERO, when I asked them to help and resolve the issue they became aggressive and continued to say, "its the same segment if you want it take it if not cancel it we have nothing else." We had a 5 hours drive with 4 passengers in the car and luggage loaded on the back seat due to the trunk (boot) being too small. After 45 minutes of debating and demonstrating to them that the car was too small they agreed to make a token gesture of 1000 tl (not a huge amount but it showed they were "trying"). 3 weeks later no refund and online customer services saying that they can not do this. The car itself had poor accident repair on front and back bumpers with the bumpers off the bracket and damage on most panels. The auto gearbox was also defective with the vehicle shaking and struggling to move in low gears. AVOID. After all of this I have contacted YOLCU360 who have not only deleted my review from their site but they also refused to mediate and resolve the issue. I will not be using WISH car rentals again and will avoid YOLCU360 too.

Ik heb in november een auto gereserveerd voor augustus! Totaal 650 euro betaald! Bij aankomst is mijn reservering geannuleerd! Auto was niet beschikbaar! Kon een nieuwe reservering doen met een bijbetaling van 300 euro of mijn geld terug krijgen! Ik wilde mijn geld terug ze hebben 250 euro minder terug betaald ivm koers wissel! Ze hebben 8 maanden lang 650 euro van mij gebruikt en uiteindelijk 400 euro terug betaald! Nooit meer Yolcu360 voor mij! Oplichters
It seems the company is systematically stealing the money. I paid 495 EUR online, the page with reservation results didn’t appear and no email confirmation arrived. Numerous calls and emails are ignored. Collecting files to submit the case for police
Price is well. But add car is dont answer your question. They cut my money but i dont know why they cut. I asked but thet disnt answer to me.
