Jul 29,2021Unfortunately, not for the first time, there were problems completing the purchase. The system did not allow payment, it kept asking for a selection of the shipping options, although there was no way to choose! In the end I couldn't go shopping and the next time I tried most of the offers were of course sold out ... the customer chat on Friday afternoon was closed.

Jul 15,2021I didn't receive my order but I have used You&Oil products before and I absolutely love them. I have dry-ish and sensitive skin prone to little bumps and unevenness and this is the first brand that truly works for me (and I've tried MANY). Love the cleanser, the creams and oils, makeup remover etc. ALSO, the customer service is amazing - I had some issues with the website, wasn't able to add free samples to my order and then I didn't receive a confirmation email. I messaged them on Facebook, they got in touch with me straight away, made sure the samples were added to my order and then messaged me again on Facebook to let me know the order was shipped.

I only had two minor problems with sipping and payment, but their customer service was there to help both times. They were very kind and friendly and solved the issues fast! As regards the products, first I was using only one of them. I have had great results from it, so I decided to buy different items as well. I have been using You&Oil products for a few months now, and I am happy to say that they never let me down. I can only recommend You&Oil for everyone!

The only thing I’d say is they are expensive for the bottle size and the bottom of the bottle is very think so abit deceiving, but I CANNOT fault the actual product !!! I just can’t afford to buy more as both myself and my husband used it so only got 3/4 days out of a bottle. Lisa
