Jun 21,2022Brilliant product, two of my daughters have autism so have prescribed medication to help them sleep, my other daughter is waiting an assessment too, she suddenly stopped sleeping, after trying many things, this spray has been a lifesaver, we finally have sleep after over two years of battling bedtimes, can’t recommend enough.

May 18,2021I suffer from specific problem of being unable to swallow solid food so my diet is limited, and as such, I have to take lots of supplements, only as liquids or sprays. Recently I was desperately searching for liquid Ubiquinol, essential for heart health, and came across your company by chance. You were the only ones providing it. I spoke to Heidi who was very warm and friendly and knowledgeable and who expedited my order swiftly. I received it in couple of days, not only containing my order, but also additional products as gifts to try out. I was so impressed with the product, I soon ordered many others. All effective, love them all. One great discovery is Cardio Health. I am going to be long standing customer because of quality of products, method of application (sprays, powder), which is life saver for me. Also, speed of delivery and, occasional gifts. Just wish, your selection was wider. This is not meant to be criticism but appreciation of quality of your products and wanting to get more.

Apr 18,2021So impressed with the sprays I got from Your Health, I feel a boost of energy after I take them which carries me through the day and my health has improved amazingly (I have a long term illness) - they sprays also last such a long time so it's great value for money and there's less plastic involved. I am on my second batch of sprays - multi-vit, minerals, b-calm, B12 and iron - can't recommend them enough. It's a much more efficient way to take supplements.

Jul 07,2020I would highly recommend Your Health Solutions their website it offers in detail solutions to help with health issues, mine is after going through the menopause I could not get a decent nights sleep waking in the up early hours of the morning and not being able to get back to sleep before my alarm went off to get up for work. I tried their Good Night Oral Vitamin Spray and I am now getting a good seven to eight hours of sleep which is wonderful to wake up feeling refreshed and not constantly feeling tired from sleep deprivation. I do still wake in the night but no where near as often as I did and I can generally go back off to sleep after the compulsory loo break

Nov 20,2019Having taken different L-arginine in the past for physical training and overall arterial health, I came across theses amazing and natural products from Your Health Solutions which also included the totally natural amino acid called L-arginine which when taken turns into a molecule called nitric oxide which in effect are the most important molecules for blood vessel health. It’s a vasodilator causing the vessels to widen which In turn increases blood flow and lowers blood pressure and when taken before training, whether it be in the gym, running or swimming etc.. it will really help you to keep going when you would normally just feel exhausted and give up.. Remember when you were a kid and you felt like you could run and run and never tire.. that’s what nitric oxide does and our bodies produce it naturally when we’re young but as we grow older our bodies unfortunately do not produce enough therefore finding a supplement that’s easy to take with all of the benefits at such a great price was a win win situation and with this particular product that I came across gave me just that.. Sep 09,2024I'm extremely happy with my purchase of Cardioflow an arginine supplement. I have since taking Cardioflow every day 1 scoop, training day 2 scoops a obvious improvement on my gym results much bigger gains in a short period of time and my feeling of well being with more energy and return of energy when depleted. With all the other benefits this product can offer with no side affects, I will be re ordering Cardioflow again.
