My first order with Zazzle was back in 2017, I ordered invitations for my son’s first communion. They turned out great! so I decided to check out what they had for 25th anniversary invitations and wasn’t disappointed. As a matter of fact, other items appeared, welcome and thank you cards with beautiful messages for our guests that I ended up ordering as well. I am definitely a repeat customer and will recommend Zazzle to everyone I know! I have to say when Zazzle's says 100% satisfaction, they mean it! Very helpful and accommodating to assist me with my concerns and went over and above to make everything for my special event perfect. I was assisted by Maki. Maki did an amazing job helping me with my worries, keeping me calm with the quick replies as waiting is very stressful and with Maki I received answers to my questions within 24 hours. Thank you! Maki! with helping me receive everything I needed for my 25th wedding anniversary!! I am one happy girl with the service that was provided and the with turn out of my invitations and welcome and thanks cards for my guests!

Had several transactions when I hosted a wedding, bridal shower, baby shower (2 years apart). Site is easy to use - very customizable, quick delivery reasonably priced. I was very satisfied.

This company sucks! Needed an important item for my mother’s service and paid the outrageous shipping to get it before the service and they didn’t meet the date of delivery and didn’t care that they didn’t meet it. Beware if ordering things needed in a hurry!

Terrible customer service, promise refunds and don't get it. My order came and was unreadable on the back of the card, to the point I won't use them. They advised I would get a refund within 24 hours and I am still waiting.

Ros was my designer, she took her time designing my program for my 60th birthday celebration. She made sure my every need was met. Even after I changed the program around 3x she was still patient. Her manner was the same, happy, cheering me on, and attentive. Thank you, Zazzle for helping me make my birthday celebration beautiful.

Zazzle engages in censorship. I wanted to make a bumper sticker for myself - not to sell on Zazzle - and it poses the question "Did you vote for President Musk." Nothing profane, nothing derogatory, just a question. They refused to make it stating "This design contains a reference that is in violation of Elon Musk rights of celebrity/publicity." What exactly that means I don't know. At the same time they have over a dozen pages of anti Trump bumper stickers. Why are they catering to Elon Musk? Does Musk own the site? Are they afraid of him? Refusing to make my bumper sticker is in violation of my First Amendment rights of free expression and I will never use Zazzle for anything ever again. There are plenty of other companies that provide the same service.
