Paper quality awful. Only one forth of paper is printed with picture.
The product was just what I wanted.I needed to label my homemade extracts that I will be giving away to friends and family as gifts. Now I need to order mor extract labels since I made Lemon, Raspberry, Strawberry and Coffee extract. Thank You.

Excellent and responsive customer service. Absolutely no problems when I said I wanted to return an item and was fully refunded. As a good will gesture I was even told to keep the item. Another item appeared to be lost in the post. It was refunded, and the next day it arrived. Again I was told to keep the item despite having been refunded. I will definately use this company in the future.
A very special Zazzle Customer Service Agent named Beth L. realized the importance of re-creating a digital memorial image of my dad so I could print it locally, because the stock version I ordered was lost in transit, not likely to be re-produced, shipped and available for my dad's funeral in time. This amazing woman, was so compassionate and kind and helped me coordinate the digital version to take to my local Fed/Ex Kinko's at no added cost (might I add). She did it, because she understood the importance of this photo to our family and wanted to help. I'm so grateful to her and to Zazzle for making my dad's memorial beautiful. Easy to be a repeat client when the products are good, but I will be a life-long customer because of the heart behind this company!

Zazzle has a US based customer service center with agents that speak good English. They solved my problem quickly and cheerfully.
The labels are very nice but the quality of paper is inferior. That why they got 4 stars rather than 5!
Don't like customer service. Too hard to vontact
I received my original order faster than promised, but the graphic on the case was not spaced like the image I saw at purchase (it was squished up against the camera lens border), so I contacted customer service to request a replacement. I received the replacement and the graphic was spaced better, but the rubber insert was different, causing the feel of the side buttons to be harder/sharper than the 1st one I received, which were smooth and softer. I tried to swap them, but the original one did not fit into the replacement case. I do love the slick feel of the plastic case, just wish I could have the correct spacing with the original case and softer rubber insert.
