Feb 28,2025My order was due to arrive yesterday,ans I qas super excited as it was for my wedding which is in 2 weeks,I had a tracking update to say that the box was damaged and there was nothing in the box so no delivery,I emailed zazzle and haven't heard a thing from them.

Feb 26,2025I ordered towels personalized with pictures. The pictures turned out great but the fabric of the towels was defective. They were replaced but again the fabric was defective. This was most unusual since I have always been happy with previous orders. Zazzle stood by their promise of quality and satisfaction and worked with me to obtain the replacement towels and then refunded the full cost of the product. I know I can rely on Zazzle to keep their promise to provide quality products and customer services.
