Feb 08,2023We have worked with Zendbox for 18 months now and the replies to our customer service enquiries has become slower and slower, minimum 3 days wait but often 10! Not only does it makes us look like fools, our customers get very angry and demands refunds. We have now requested to terminate the contract because we cannot continue like this. Avoid Zendbox at all costs if you want happy customers!

Dec 29,2022when our last provider let us down we took the time to really search for a provider and after a lot of research we visited the Zendbox warehouse after speaking with Karl in the sales team and amazed by how thorough and organised everything was. Having been with them for a few months theirs been a few tiny bumps in the road but their ability to adapt , listen and understand our needs has shown us their a true partner who really care. The service is great and the team have a great attitude to showing they care. Very happy customer here.

Like any business sometimes there are challenges due to unforeseen circumstances, but it looks to me that Zendbox learns and grows from these experiences and is now delivering an even stronger service. Overall I can recommend it.

The late cut off times, always despatching on time and ability to reach our customers worldwide from a single location has been nothing short of amazing. The thing myself and my business partners like the most is they keep evolving and improving literally every week. The technology is very well thought out and has changed the way we do business. We’ve grown quite rapidly and our customers are always surprised how quick and we’ll packed they get their deliveries. Truly a 10/10 service and I tell everyone I speak to. Apr 12,2022A great company with great staff, we never feel like too much is to ask and they are always on hand to support us, we are really happy we chose Zendbox and would reccomend to anyone else, the staff are attentive and the best thing is they just get it right, we had a small service disruption over a week but this was due to system upgrades where they refunded me the Pick charges, overall really happy customer.

The team are very helpful and proactive and any issues or help when needed are handled with care. Highly recommend and as with other reviews they are not the cheapest but we worked it out that in the long term we’re saving with happy customers who return and this is important to us as a fast growing brand who cares about the experience for our customers. Mar 06,2022Zendbox is a great company and great service , our 2nd provider in 2 years and what a leap of difference in quality compared to other company we have used. We judge the service on the amount of emails from customers we get and how much time we spend contacting the provider - we literally never have to think about the service, once set up everything just seems to work and we like it that way. The on boarding is excellent and very smooth and very well supported, no questions were too much to ask Alex and Mark on onboarding, any little hiccups or questions we always felt they were happy to help with. The technology is very simple to use and really user friendly. It’s worth mentioning that the billing is transparent - our previous provider gave us non stop problems with billing issues which really started to become and issue, they failed to provide clarity when signing us up, with zendbox they have been very honest from sign up all the way through and we made sure to check this before resigning with another provider. Our customers are also happier than ever. Highly reccomend.

To start — Onboarding was incredibly helpful and got us off to a incredible start, very informative, never too much to ask from any of the team - we dealt with Alex and Mark and they made it the smoothest experience we could wish for. The service is INCREDIBLY fast and something I’ve never seen before , the cut off times are the latest I’ve seen in market and every support question is answers quick ( despite the fact we never need to contact support) The technology is SO well laid out and intuitive and was very easy to learn with no complex dials and whistles, most importantly the automation and smart features save us a lot of time. I don’t know what to say but thank you for the great past couple of months, as a business owner you guys are a true leader in your field and the happy team and excellent service is appreciated.

We moved from one of the biggest and best-known e-commerce 3PLs in the UK, and Zendbox is out-performing them on every metric. We love Zendbox as we literally never have to think about the fulfilment side of our business, but our customers love it too – our Trustpilot reviews often mention how quickly our orders are dispatched and delivered.

Oct 19,2021Zendbox are a first class fulfilment company. They use state of the art facilities and technology to handle our goods & process our orders; with industry leading metrics. This keeps our customers happy and maintains our gold standard promises on shipping. It reduces our customer complaint issues and buys us more time to work on other aspects of our business. Our previous provider gave us no end of issues, but since we onboarded with Zendbox, its like a dark cloud has lifted. If you want to aim for the stars in Ecommerce you need to consider Zendbox as your go-to.

Oct 19,2021Getting a fulfilment partner can make or break you and after a dreadful time with our previous provider H**oo losing half our stock we wish we had gone with you in the first place. Alex and mark in on boarding are smooth operators and the reality is I don’t have to do much on a day to day basis apart from if the courier has issues. I have my time back and I can sleep at night knowing that my company is in safe hands. Thanks guys

Feb 21,2023The worsted eCommerce fulfilment provider EVER !!! We wanted an additional channel to fulfil our orders besides FBA. We made the huge mistake to chose Zendbox. They are unreliable, unprofessional, amateurs and arrogant! Pending orders for more than 5 to 6 days!!! Their WMS is a mess up, constantly down, with technical issues, and when they finally decide to fulfil some parcels, they start for the latest ones first, leaving the past orders constantly behind. We have lost so much money and lost so many customers due to their below-standard performance. And what can we say when they work with Evri (ex Hermes)? Dozens of lost or damaged parcels and claims were rejected!! Customer service responds after 3 or 4 days; they respond as if you are bothering them or just apologising and closing the tickets without a solution. My account on Amazon is constantly at risk of deactivation due to the late shipping rate, and ZENDBOX doesn't care!! I can't sleep at nights. If you want to stay in eCommerce business and be competitive, AVOID ZENDBOX to save yourself!!!
